The orchestra “Sinfonia Masovia – Warsaw Chamber Philharmonic” was founded in 2014 by Dariusz Mikulski – general – and artistic director. At first orchestra performed under the name Warschauer Kammerphilharmonie. The activity began with series of concerts in Poland – in Warsaw, Łódź and Poznań, as well as with the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Ernst Reuter Hall in Berlin, Germany.

Since its inception, the orchestra has performed on many European music stages, including France – in Paris, St. Paul-Troix-Chateau, Valencia, Metz; Germany in Berlin, Stuttgart, Neubrandenburg, Rostock, Nuremberg, Mannheim, Tübingen, Kiel, Hamburg, Rottweil, Konstanz, Koblenz and others.

She has participated in music festivals in Germany such as the European Summer of Culture in Fellbach, “Freckles” Festival in Rottweil and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.

The ensemble has worked with many great artists – Justus Frantz, Michael Maciaszczyk, Gudni Emilsson, Krzysztof Kamiński, Ksenia Dubrovskaya, Otto Sauter, Marc Gujon, Radovan Vlatkovic, Dario di Vietri, Aleksandra Gudzio, Pietro Bonfilio, Davide Alogna, Maurizio Baglini and others.

For the joy of making music, the musicians from the Sinfonia Masovia – Warsaw Chamber Philharmonic came together to achieve the highest level of musical perfection.

Concert tours in Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and China are planned for the coming artistic season.

The residence of the orchestra is the “Terminal Kultury” in Warsaw in the Praga district of Gocław.

Dariusz Mikulski works both as a soloist and as a conductor with many orchestras, such as the NDR Sinfonieorchester des Norddeutschen Rundfunks, Orchester der Deutschen Oper of Berlin, Wiener Kammerorchester, Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonie der Nationen, Stuttgarter Kammerorchester, Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra, Łódz Philharmonic Orchestra, Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra, Irkuck Philharmonic Orchestra, Berliner Sinfoniker, Municipal Orchestra of Thessaloniki, State Orchestra of Thessaloniki, Baskent Akademik Orchestra, Cyprus Philharmonic Orchestra and many others. Among his radio and CD recordings are numerous works for French Horn, Chamber and Symphonic music and Opera.

Dariusz Mikulski studied French horn with Prof. Radovan Vlatkovic and conducting with Prof. Tomas Ungar at the Music Academy of Stuttgart and Nicolaus Harnoncourt at Mozarteum University in Salzburg. He is prize winner of many international Horn Competitions – “Prager Spring International Competition”, “International Horn Competition in Toulon”, “Marktneukirchen Horn Competition”, “Peter Damm International Horn Competition” a.o.

Prof. Dariusz Mikulski is also the founder and CEO of ‘CONCORNO Cultural Management’ – a company that specializes in international concerts and artists management.

Being one of the youngest artists in the history of Polish culture, Prof. Dariusz Mikulski has been honored by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, receiving the “Gloria Artis“  medal, for his artistic activity (2008). In 2011 he was awarded with the Silver Medal of the City of Berlin, for his contribution in Culture.

In May of 2015, Dariusz Mikulski was the Music Director and Conductor of the World Premiere of the Greek Opera “El Greco”, composed by George Hatzinassios and in October of 2016 he was the Musical Director and Conductor of Verdi’s Opera “Aida”, in Thessaloniki Megaron Concert Hall, 2018 “Magic Flute” Opera Premiere in Bangkok.

As a Professor by the World Brass Association Dariusz Mikulski is active as a teacher, conductor and a soloist in 53 countries.
